These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the SeekhoBecho website, applications, Commerce Partner program materials, product catalog, lead forms, dashboards (when offered), and related digital services (together, the "Platform") operated by RLS Retail Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliates ("SeekhoBecho", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting the Platform, submitting a lead form, enrolling or expressing interest in the Commerce Partner program, creating an account where available, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. Certain features may also be subject to additional agreements (for example, partner agreements, onboarding documents, or payment instructions). Where a separate signed or click-accepted agreement conflicts with these Terms on a specific point, that agreement controls for that point only.

For these Terms: "User" or "you" means any visitor or account holder. "Commerce Partner program" means the passive-investment style partnership described on our marketing pages and documentation, including allocation of SKUs, revenue-participation mechanics, dashboards, and related support, as offered from time to time. "Catalog" means product listings, images, descriptions, and prices displayed on the Platform. "Content" means text, graphics, logos, videos, software, and other materials we or our licensors provide.

SeekhoBecho operates as a technology-enabled commerce and education platform. Unless we say otherwise in a binding document addressed to you, we provide platform access, program information, catalog browsing, partner onboarding workflows, and support channels. We are not your financial adviser, tax adviser, lawyer, broker, or guaranteed-return provider.

Marketing copy on the Platform (including ROI examples, tier calculators, and illustrative earnings) is for general information and illustration. Targets, percentages, and examples are not promises of performance unless expressly stated in a signed agreement that applies specifically to you.

Participation in the Commerce Partner program is subject to eligibility, KYC, agreement execution, and payment of required amounts as communicated by SeekhoBecho. Program economics, slot availability, geography (for example Delhi NCR emphasis on marketing pages), onboarding fees, security deposits, and refundability are governed by the applicable partner agreement and disclosures — not by marketing summaries alone.

You are responsible for reading and understanding any agreement you sign or accept before transferring funds. Nothing on the Platform waives our right to rely on written terms, timing of payments, or dispute-resolution clauses in those agreements.

• You represent that information you provide (identity, contact, bank, tax where requested) is accurate and kept up to date.
• You will not misrepresent affiliation with SeekhoBecho or use our brand to mislead third parties.

The Catalog displays products and related media for browsing and, where enabled, purchase or partner workflows. Product names, images, prices, availability, SKUs, and descriptions may come from our systems or integrations and may change without notice. Display errors, stock-outs, or delays do not obligate us to fulfil a particular SKU unless a binding order or agreement says otherwise.

Links to third-party sites or tools are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or security.

Where the Platform allows accounts, you must provide accurate registration data and safeguard credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account unless you notify us promptly of unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, or fail verification.

Any deposit, onboarding fee, capital contribution, or similar amount is governed by the applicable agreement and payment instructions. Returns, revenue share, or "monthly" figures described on the Platform are targets or illustrations unless a signed agreement expressly guarantees a specific outcome (which is uncommon and would be clearly labelled).

Commerce and marketplaces involve risk. Past or modelled performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. You should use your own judgment and professional advisers where appropriate.

Where products move through warehouses, carriers, marketplaces, payment gateways, or government processes, those parties have their own rules, delays, and fees. SeekhoBecho is not the universal guarantor of customs clearance, platform policy changes, chargebacks, or third-party negligence. Support we offer in connection with orders or imports is facilitation and communication unless a separate contract assigns legal responsibility to us for a defined scope.

You agree not to misuse the Platform. Without limitation, you must not:

• Violate law or third-party rights, or harass, threaten, or defraud others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, data, or accounts.
• Scrape, crawl, or overload the Platform in a way that harms performance; circumvent security or rate limits.
• Reverse engineer or copy our software except where applicable law forbids this restriction.
• Use the Platform to transmit malware, spam, or deceptive communications.
• Misuse lead forms, support channels, or partner workflows (including false identities or straw applicants).

We may investigate suspected abuse, cooperate with law enforcement, and take technical or legal action, including removing content, suspending access, or terminating relationships.

SeekhoBecho and its licensors own the Platform and Content, including trademarks, logos, and design. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal or internal business purposes related to our services. You may not use our marks in a confusing or disparaging way, or imply endorsement you do not have.

Feedback you give us may be used without restriction or compensation to you, except where prohibited by law.

THE PLATFORM AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES SUCH AS MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT WHERE DISCLAIMERS ARE ALLOWED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEEKHOBECHO AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE PLATFORM (OTHER THAN LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW) SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO SEEKHOBECHO FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT, OR (B) INR FIVE THOUSAND.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent still permitted.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SeekhoBecho and its personnel from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, your violation of law or third-party rights, or disputes between you and third parties (including customers or marketplaces) except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform or specific features where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law, and dispute provisions) survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and may update the "Effective date" below. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
